What is a Third Party Administrator?  A TPA is an independent administrator who provides administration services for the employer and their employees. A true TPA works for the employer to provide each employee the information necessary to make the Cafeteria Plan a positive experience.

We have created a "Members" entrance (which may still be under construction) for both employer and employee to electronically access their individual records, with full security of their confidential information.

Employers who wish to have access to the latest information on FSA/Cafeteria plans, certain HR information regarding FMLA, HIPPA and even Section 132(f) Transportation, you may check out EBIA online.
